- Budget: up to 40 categories, each with a monthly plan: joint, and personal for each of you; group Needs, Wants or Savings
- Transactions: up to 800 payments with Paid by and For (Joint or one of you); a refund is a minus amount
- Monthly: pick a month: plan against actual for every category, joint and personal; 50/30/20 against both take home pays; Settle up: who owes whom
- Dashboard: the year month by month (joint costs, who paid them, balance), the balance for the year, a chart and a Data check

How it works.
- You type in Budget once and in Transactions as you go. Everything else is calculated.
- Settle up counts your share of the joint costs, what each of you paid for them, and what one of you paid for the other.
- Gray cells are calculated and locked without a password, so nothing breaks by accident. One click (Review, Unprotect Sheet) unlocks them.
- Data check finds payments without a date, amount or category, a missing Paid by or For, dates outside the year and more. It says All good or tells you what to fix.
- Any currency: type your symbol in Settings.

How we test it.
Before release the file is recalculated in Microsoft Excel (6,151 formulas, no errors), and every calculated number is compared with a separate calculation written from scratch, in the example file, the empty file and 6 generated years with both split rules and deliberate mistakes. The pictures in this listing are drawn from the example file.

How do I download it?
After Etsy confirms your payment, download the files from Purchases and reviews on Etsy.com in a web browser. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. If you bought as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt e-mail. It is a digital download only, so nothing is shipped.

Can I get my money back?
If a file is faulty or not as described, we put it right. For the right of withdrawal in the EU, the Etsy listing says: "For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when the supply of digital content begins only if you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of that right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided.
