A model form for consumers who want to withdraw from a contract with ARLing s. r. o. It follows Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the model in the Slovak Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). The rules of withdrawal are in the terms of use, section 5.
Send it by e-mail to andrej@arling.sk or by post to ARLing s. r. o., Ivanská cesta 19112/32E, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia. The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal no later than the last day of the 14-day period.
How to proceed
1. When to use the form
The form is for you if you are a consumer, that is a natural person who did not buy from us in the course of business, and you want to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. You do not have to use it: any clear statement that you withdraw from the contract, for example a plain e-mail, is enough. The form only makes sure it contains everything we need.
For a Pro licence or subscription (Bank tools, ARLing Shopping Assistant, Feed Doctor Monitor Pro) we refund within 14 days of purchase even without the form; just write to us. For the SEPA file check the right of withdrawal ends once the corrected file and the report are delivered, which you agreed to when uploading the file; if we have not delivered them yet, you can withdraw. Details are in the terms, section 7. If you bought as a company or a business, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

In the service line write what you bought, for example “Bank tools, yearly licence” or “SEPA file check”. The e-mail address you used at payment and the invoice number, if you have it at hand, also help; they are not required.

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal using the same payment method you used, that is to the card you paid with through Stripe.
