You can withdraw from a contract with ARLing s. r. o. right on this page, without an account. You see the confirmation of receipt straight away and also get it by e-mail.

The rules of withdrawal are in the terms of use, section 5.

Refund: Within 14 days of receipt, by the same means you paid.
When it ends: Once the corrected file and report are delivered, and for business purchases.

What to do

Fill in three details and confirm with the button. No registration or login is needed. The confirmation of receipt with date and time appears right here, and we also send it to your e-mail.

We use these details only to handle the withdrawal. We do not store them in a database: they stay in the confirmation sent to you and in its copy in our mailbox (Zoho Mail, data centres in the EU), where it serves as a record. Details are in our data protection notice.

2When you can withdraw

You can withdraw if you are a consumer, that is a natural person who did not buy from us in the course of business, within 14 days of purchase and without giving a reason. You can use the button in section 1, the model form in section 3, or any clear statement that you withdraw from the contract, for example a plain e-mail.

For a Pro licence or subscription (Bank tools, ARLing Shopping Assistant, Feed Doctor Monitor Pro) we refund within 14 days of purchase even without the form; just write to us. For the SEPA file check the right of withdrawal ends once the corrected file and the report are delivered, which you agreed to when uploading the file; if we have not delivered them yet, you can withdraw. Details are in the terms, section 7. If you bought as a company or a business, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

In the service line write what you bought, for example “Bank tools, yearly licence” or “SEPA file check”. The e-mail address you used at payment and the invoice number, if you have it at hand, also help; they are not required.

4Where to send it and what happens next

With the button in section 1, by e-mail to support@arling.sk or by post to ARLing s. r. o., Ivanská cesta 19112/32E, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia. We confirm receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail; with the button straight away, with the date and time of receipt. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal using the same payment method you used, that is to the card you paid with through Stripe.
