What is inside

Why this one.

  • One row per item. Type it once when you buy it, add the date when you list it and the price when it sells. No copying items between tabs: every summary updates by itself.
  • Platform fees built in. Example fees for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace (US sellers, checked September 2026), including Poshmark's flat fee on small sales. Edit them for your country, or type the actual fee from your payout.
  • Price check before you buy. Type what an item will sell for: see what you keep on every platform and the most you can pay to make the profit you want.
  • Room for 2,000 items with the formulas already in every row. Calculated cells are locked (no password), so one wrong click does not break the sheet. Filters still work.
  • Formulas that work. Every formula is checked by automated tests against an independent calculation, in real Excel, before release. No macros, no scripts, no passwords.

  • Items: status, fees, profit, ROI, days to sell and days in stock for every item.

Before you buy.

How do I download it?

After Etsy confirms your payment, download the files from Purchases and reviews on Etsy.com in a web browser. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. If you bought as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt e-mail. It is a digital download only, so nothing is shipped.

Can I get my money back?

If a file is faulty or not as described, we put it right. For the right of withdrawal in the EU, the Etsy listing says: "For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when the supply of digital content begins only if you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of that right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided. This does not affect your statutory rights if the files are faulty or not as described, or any applicable Etsy Purchase Protection." If a file does not open or print, send an Etsy Message with your order number and the file name, and we will help. Please never send card or payment details.
