01 / The working process
A file arriving
is only the first step.
Keep the request, the document and the decision together. When a replacement arrives, review it before treating it as approved.

Ask for what you need.
Add a trader and the document you require, or import your existing list from CSV. You choose the requirements.

Give the trader a private link.
They can submit a PDF, JPEG or PNG without creating an account. Revoke the link when it is no longer needed.

Review, then keep the history.
Approve or reject the submitted version yourself. Track expiry dates and see reminders in your workspace.

- Export records as CSV or JSON. Download document versions individually.

Reminders appear inside the workspace. Automatic reminder emails are not enabled.

Before you request access
Does Renewals check insurance or legal compliance?
No. It records documents, dates and your review decision. You remain responsible for assessing authenticity, cover and any requirements that apply to your event.
Will it email my traders automatically?
No. The current pilot creates internal reminders in the workspace. You decide when and how to share a supplier link.
Where should I put real documents?
Only in an invited workspace after agreeing the pilot arrangements. This public example uses fictional records and does not accept files. The pilot has no automatic document deletion.
What does the pilot cost?
There is no active price or payment on this page. We will agree the scope and any commercial terms with you before you commit.
