What we collect, and what we never collect.

ARLing s. r. o. runs the tools on arling.sk. This page says plainly what happens to your data. Last updated 5 September 2026.

1. The tools

Every tool runs entirely in your browser. What you paste into a form (URLs, configuration, XML files) is processed on your device and never sent to us or to anyone else. You can verify this in the page source on GitHub.

2. Visit counts

We count page views and button clicks with self-hosted Umami on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and stores no personal data: no IP addresses, no names, no content of what you type. It records the page, the country, the browser type and which buttons were used. That is why there is no cookie banner: there are no cookies.

3. The e-mail list

If you enter your e-mail in a "Tell me when a new tool lands" form, we store the address, the tool where you signed up, the language and the date. Nothing else. We use it only to tell you when a new tool is live. We do not send newsletters, we do not share or sell the list, and we do not track opens.

To be removed, reply to any mail we send or write to andrej@arling.sk. We delete the address within 7 days.

4. E-mail and GitHub

If you write to us or open a GitHub issue, we keep that correspondence to answer you. Legal basis for all of the above: our legitimate interest in running the tools and your consent for the e-mail list (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
