Puzzle Planner for reMarkable and Kindle Scribe: one puzzle on every day page of an undated year

What is in the file

The planner half is one year page, 12 month pages of 31 day cells, 60 week pages and 372 day pages with three task boxes and ruled space to write on. The puzzle half is 372 puzzles, one per page, with 10 pages of rules, 10 chapter contents pages and one main contents page in front of them, and 100 pages of solutions at the back, 4 to a page, every one linked back to its puzzle.

One puzzle on every day, ten types

The 372 puzzles are split across ten types: Killer Sudoku 38, Anti-knight Sudoku 38, Kakuro 37, Nonograms 37, Star Battle 37, Slitherlink 37, Hashi 37, Masyu 37, Nurikabe 37, Numberlink 37. Across all 372 there are 130 easy, 122 medium and 120 hard, and the header of every puzzle page names its type, its number and its level, so you know what you are opening before the grid loads.

Every puzzle was built and solved by our own program and kept only when the solver found exactly one solution, and that solution is the one printed at the back. Puzzles from our books and from the archive of the free daily games on arling.sk were excluded when the planner was built, and since 17 September 2026 the daily game build excludes the planner puzzles as well, so they do not reappear on future days either.

How the links work

The numbers come from the finished file, not from a promise: 4117 internal links and 1211 link targets, 0 dead links and 0 links leaving the document. The navigation strip sits in the same place at the top of every page, so the way back to the month or the year is always under the same spot of the stylus.

These are ordinary HTML links, and Chrome keeps them when it prints to PDF, as Link annotations with a destination inside the same file. That is why they travel with the file to the tablet instead of depending on anything installed there.

Undated, and set for a screen rather than a sheet of paper

No year is printed anywhere and no day is tied to a weekday. The file has twelve months of 31 day pages, which is why there are 372 day pages and 372 puzzles rather than 365, so you can start in any month of any year and use the same file again next year.

The 157 x 210 mm page is the 3:4 shape of a 10.3 inch e-ink display, the same ratio as 1404 x 1872 dots at 226 dots per inch, so a page fills the screen without bars at the sides. There are no print margins and no page numbers, the lines have high contrast and the cells are large, and under every puzzle there is a ruled scratch area for working out.

Measured in the file: 0 pages with overflow, the smallest type is 8 pt, the smallest link is 2.9 x 3.4 mm and a day cell on a month page is 18 x 11 mm.

What we have not verified yet

As of 17 September 2026 the file has not been tested on a physical tablet, and readers differ in how they handle internal links in a PDF. A layout for the reMarkable Paper Pro Move, with its 9:16 ratio, is not built, and there is no free sample yet. We would rather say that here than let a listing imply it.

The ten printable puzzle books on our puzzle books page hold 100 puzzles each, with a PDF for A4 and one for US Letter; a single book is 4.90 € with VAT included and all ten together are 19.90 €.
