- Start here: 7 steps with a link to every sheet
- Settings: both names, wedding date, currency symbol, total budget, food and drink per guest
- Budget: estimate and final cost for every part of the wedding, with Paid, Scheduled and Still owed calculated. Food and drink is counted from your expected guests.
- Payments: every deposit and payment with its due date. Type the date you paid and it counts as paid. Late and Due soon are marked.
- Guests: up to 400 guests with side, reply (Yes, No, Pending), meal, child, table and contact
- Seating: up to 30 tables, round or rectangular, up to 16 seats each. Names fill in from Guests; declined guests are left out.
- Checklist: tasks with dates counted back from your wedding day. Change the months, add your own, mark Done.
- Dashboard: days to go, budget, planned cost, paid, still owed, guests invited, coming, pending and seated, the next 5 payments, and a Data check

How it works.
- You type in three sheets: Budget, Payments and Guests. Everything else is calculated.
- Gray cells are calculated and locked without a password, so nothing breaks by accident. One click (Review, Unprotect Sheet) unlocks them.
- Data check on the Dashboard finds a payment for a budget line that does not exist, a budget line typed twice, a guest at a table that is not in Seating, a table with more guests than seats, and more. It says All good or tells you what to fix.
- Names, not labels: Partner 1 and Partner 2 are your names. Nothing assumes a bride or a groom.
- Any currency: type your symbol in Settings.

Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer (tested on Windows) and Google Sheets (the Make a copy link in the guide gives you your own copy; nobody has to grant you access). No macros, no scripts, no add ins, no account.

How we test it.
Before release the file is recalculated in Microsoft Excel (4,250 formulas, no errors) and every calculated cell is compared with a separate calculation written from scratch, in the example file, in the empty file and in 8 generated weddings full of deliberate mistakes. The pictures in this listing are drawn from the example file.

Good to know.
- This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
- Made for a computer screen. Not tested yet: Excel for Mac, Excel for the web, phone and tablet apps, Apple Numbers. In Google Sheets the file shows no errors and every calculated number we compared matched Excel.
- Text and labels are in English.

How do I download it?
After Etsy confirms your payment, download the files from Purchases and reviews on Etsy.com in a web browser. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. If you bought as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt e-mail. It is a digital download only, so nothing is shipped.

Can I get my money back?
If a file is faulty or not as described, we put it right. For the right of withdrawal in the EU, the Etsy listing says: "For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when the supply of digital content begins only if you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of that right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided. This does not affect your statutory rights if the files are faulty or not as described, or any applicable Etsy Purchase Protection." If a file does not open or print, send an Etsy Message with your order number and the file name, and we will help. Please never send card or payment details.
