Why this one.

  • One order, everything updates. Type a sale once on Orders: your income, channel fees, VAT, product stock and the materials it used all update. No typing the same sale into three tabs.
  • Built for the EU and UK. VAT registered or not, prices with or without VAT, and marketplaces that collect VAT for you (Etsy does for EU and UK buyers). Any currency.
  • Know what to charge. The pricing calculator adds up your materials from the recipe, your time, the channel fees (Etsy fees are filled in: 6.5% transaction, 4% + 0.30 payment processing for EU sellers, 0.20 USD per item, 15% Offsite Ads) and VAT, and gives you a price for the margin you want.
  • Formulas that work. Every formula is checked by automated tests against an independent calculation, in real Excel, before release. No macros, no scripts, no passwords.

  • One VAT rate in Settings. This is a tool, not tax advice; check with your accountant.
  • English only for now. Change any category, channel or fee to fit your shop.
  • Personal and business use in your own business; please do not resell the file.

Before you buy.

How do I download it?

After Etsy confirms your payment, download the files from Purchases and reviews on Etsy.com in a web browser. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. If you bought as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt e-mail. It is a digital download only, so nothing is shipped.

Can I get my money back?

If a file is faulty or not as described, we put it right. For the right of withdrawal in the EU, the Etsy listing says: "For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when the supply of digital content begins only if you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of that right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided. This does not affect your statutory rights if the files are faulty or not as described, or any applicable Etsy Purchase Protection." If a file does not open or print, send an Etsy Message with your order number and the file name, and we will help. Please never send card or payment details.
