BR-DE-11: The deliver to address is missing the post code

The deliver to address is missing the post code (BT-78, cbc:PostalZone).

[BR-DE-11] Das Element "Deliver to post code" (BT-78) muss übermittelt werden, wenn die Gruppe "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) übermittelt wird.

1. Open the XML file and find the element cac:Address/cbc:PostalZone.
2. Add or correct the element the way the wording of the rule above asks for.
