A decision that stays with the artwork

“Looks good”
needs a version.

A newer image is a new review. Changing the dimensions, material or quantity also requires a new version and a new decision.

  1. 01

    Create a complete proof.

Upload a PNG or JPEG preview up to 5 MiB. Add the dimensions in millimetres, material, quantity and any notes the customer should check.

  2. 02

    Share a private review link.

The customer opens it on their phone, marks a place on the artwork and leaves a comment, or explicitly approves that version. No customer account required.

  3. 03

    Keep the production record.

View past versions and decisions. Export JSON or print the record to PDF with the file hash, production details, submitted name and time.

Privacy and the scope of the pilot

Know what
you are approving.

Proof records a human decision about a preview and its production details. It does not inspect the artwork for print readiness.

What can I upload?

PNG and JPEG previews up to 5 MiB. This pilot does not review print-ready PDFs, check colour accuracy, verify DPI or replace your prepress checks.

What exactly does approval mean?

The holder of the private link enters a name and confirms the current version, text, dimensions, material and quantity. The record does not independently verify their identity and is not a qualified electronic signature.

Where are the files and decisions kept?

The intended pilot runs on ARLing’s own server. It stores account details, job references, artwork, specifications, comments and decisions. Invited workspaces are separate; anyone holding an active review link can see its current proof and submit a decision. The application uses no external AI API or third-party analytics.

Can I withdraw a link and take my records away?

Yes. Links expire after 14 days and the owner can revoke them earlier. Records export as JSON or a printable report; owners can download uploaded versions. There is no automatic deletion in this pilot. Contact andrej@arling.sk to arrange access or deletion requests.

What are the pilot limits?

Up to 100 jobs per workspace, 10 versions per job and 500 MiB per workspace. The app sends no automatic emails; you share the link yourself. The workspace is in English or Slovak, and customer review is available in English, Slovak, Czech and German.
