Fillable fields
You can type in fields on 5 of the 6 pages, so people can fill in the questionnaire on a computer and send the PDF to the organizer. The fields are standard PDF form fields. Before release we filled every field, saved the file and read the values back with two independent PDF tools. We have not tested every PDF app, and not phone or tablet apps. If your app does not let you type, print the page and write by hand.
Printing
Print at 100% (actual size). Print one questionnaire per person. Cut the slips and tags along the lines.
Good to know
This is a gift exchange organizer, not the White Elephant game. Keep the organizer sheet private, because it shows who drew whom.
