The years
The year columns are filled in as 2026 to 2035. They are form fields too, so you can type over them and start with any year.
Fillable fields
You can type in fields on 21 of the 22 pages and save the file, so the list is ready again next year. The fields are standard PDF form fields. Before release we filled every field, saved the file and read the values back with two independent PDF tools. We have not tested every PDF app, and not phone or tablet apps. If your app does not let you type, print the page and write by hand.
Printing
Print at 100% (actual size), single or double sided, and keep the pages in a folder or a ring binder. Black and white printing works: the colors are only accents.
