PEPPOL-EN16931-R008: The element cbc:ProfileID is empty

The element cbc:ProfileID is empty. Peppol does not allow empty elements: either fill it in or remove it completely.

1. Open the XML file and find the element cbc:ProfileID.
2. Add or correct the element the way the wording of the rule above asks for.
