E-invoice rule XRechnung 3.x

BR-DEX-08: In the XRechnung extension, schemeID=

In the XRechnung extension, schemeID="…" has to be a code from the ISO 6523 ICD list.

Original wording of the rule

[BR-DEX-08] Any scheme identifier for a Delivery location identifier in MUST be coded using one of the ISO 6523 ICD list.

How to fix it

1. Open the XML file and find the element cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:ID.
2. Add or correct the element the way the wording of the rule above asks for.
