E-invoice rule XRechnung 3.x

BR-DE-27: The seller telephone number (BT-42)

The seller telephone number (BT-42) should contain at least three digits.

[BR-DE-27] In BT-42 sollen mindestens drei Ziffern enthalten sein.

1. Open the XML file and find the element cac:Contact/cbc:Telephone.
2. Add or correct the element the way the wording of the rule above asks for.
