Etsy handles the payment and the instant download. Etsy may show the price in your currency and add tax for your country; it shows the final total before you pay.

Contestants sign up and pin on a big number, guests vote on ballots, two or three judges score every sweater, and six awards go home with the winners. Clear counting rules are included, so nobody argues about who won.

Ugly Sweater contest kit, printable PDF: real pages on an office desk, a big contestant number card, the contest poster and a judge scorecard.

Pictures

A closer look before you buy.

These are the pictures from the Etsy listing, in the same order. Click or tap a picture to open it larger.

Designed by ARLing, a small studio in Slovakia. The sweater pattern and drawings are drawn in code. AI was used to create the background scene of the listing images. The pages were designed and written with the help of AI tools, and we checked every page before release.

Close up of real pages: the judge scorecard with four areas scored 1 to 5 and a total, and contestant number cards 1 and 2 to pin on.
How the contest works in five steps: sign up, pin on a number, vote, judge, count and award. Below: guest ballots, the tally sheet and an award.
All 15 pages of the kit: start guide, poster, sign up sheet, contestant numbers 1 to 30, guest ballots, two judge scorecards, tally sheet and six awards.
Good to know before buying: four PDF files, which pages have form fields and how they were tested, printing at home, and up to 30 contestants.

Fillable fields

You can type in fields on 8 of the 15 pages: the poster, sign up sheet, scorecards, tally sheet and awards. The numbers are printed and the ballots are for writing by hand. The fields are standard PDF form fields. Before release we filled every field, saved the file and read the values back with two independent PDF tools. We have not tested every PDF app, and not phone or tablet apps. If your app does not let you type, print the page and write by hand.

Printing

Print at 100% (actual size). Print one ballot per guest and one set of scorecards per judge. You need scissors and safety pins.
