1The games

Word Search. Find hidden words in a letter grid. 150 topics, a daily puzzle, a journey map, coins earned by playing. Privacy policy: arling.sk/play/word-search/privacy/.

Duel: 2 Players. Two people, one phone, 27 mini-games, best of five. Privacy policy: arling.sk/play/duel/privacy/.

2What to put in the mail

Which game, what you did, and what happened instead. If the game showed a message, the exact words help more than a summary of them. The phone model and the Android version help with anything about drawing, sound or performance.

A screenshot is welcome. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents; we never need them and we do not want them on our mail server.

3Things we are asked often

My progress is gone. Every one of these games keeps its progress on the phone alone. There is no account and no cloud save, so clearing the app storage, uninstalling the game or moving to a new phone starts it over, and we cannot restore it. That is a real limitation and we would rather say it than pretend.

How do I change my advertising choice? Word Search: the information button, then Privacy choices. Duel and Prism Night: Settings, then Privacy options. The row appears only where the law requires a choice. You can also reset the advertising ID for the whole phone in Android Settings, under Privacy and then Ads.

How do I delete everything the game knows? Android Settings, then Apps, then the game, then Storage, then Clear storage. Duel can also clear just its statistics, and Prism Night just its progress, from inside the game.

Can I pay to remove the ads? Not today. None of the three games sells anything at the moment.

An ad got stuck or did not play. Close it and keep playing. A full screen ad in these games only ever appears at the end of something, never in the middle of a puzzle or a round: Word Search shows one between completed levels, Duel only on the way out of a finished match, and Prism Night has none at all. If a rewarded ad did not pay out, tell us which game and roughly when, and we will look at it.
