BR-CO-13: The invoice total without VAT (BT-109)
The invoice total without VAT (BT-109) should be the line total minus allowances plus charges, that is 545.00; the file says …

[BR-CO-13]-Invoice total amount without VAT (BT-109) = Σ Invoice line net amount (BT-131) - Sum of allowances on document level (BT-107) + Sum of charges on document level (BT-108).

A correct UBL 2.1 snippet
<cac:LegalMonetaryTotal
xmlns:cac="urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CommonAggregateComponents-2"
xmlns:cbc="urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CommonBasicComponents-2">
<cbc:TaxExclusiveAmount currencyID="EUR">100.00</cbc:TaxExclusiveAmount>
</cac:LegalMonetaryTotal>
The snippet is only the part of the document the rule is about. Put it in the right place inside your invoice; the namespaces are written here only so that the snippet reads on its own.
