Who should stay with Smartsupp
Stay with Smartsupp if a person answers your chats. Operators online during the day, WhatsApp and Messenger in the same panel, chat history for support and disputes: ARLing Shopping Assistant replaces none of that. It has no operators, no inbox and no history, and we do not plan to add them.
Stay as well if you invoice in Czech koruna or want one vendor for human chat and AI. ARLing Shopping Assistant bills in EUR only, through Stripe.
Consider ARLing Shopping Assistant if the same product questions arrive at night and on weekends with nobody to answer, if answers should come from the catalogue only, and if you would rather the conversations were not kept anywhere. The first 100 conversations a month stay free.

FAQ
Does ARLing Shopping Assistant answer in Czech and Slovak?
Yes. Slovak, Czech, English and German, set with the widget's data-lang attribute or left on auto, in which case it replies in the language of the question. Answers come only from the products in your feed.
Can I keep Smartsupp for live chat and add ARLing Shopping Assistant for product questions?
Technically yes, both are script tags; put the ARLing widget in the other corner with the data-position attribute. Most shops pick one.
How is a conversation counted?
One chat session in the widget, however many messages. Up to 100 sessions a month are free; Starter covers 1,000 and Pro 3,000. Only the count is stored, never the content.
