Get help with Orbling

"Publish" and "Improve with AI" need an active trial or subscription. Open "Plan", select "Review free trial in Shopify" (or "Review subscription in Shopify" if your trial was already used), then "Approve the plan in Shopify", and try again.

If the plan is active, check the following, because the app shows these cases only as "Action not completed":

• A product is selected, and it has at most 100 variants.
• For every variant, the price per item after the bundle discount stays above the "Cost plus shipping per item" you entered.
• The saving per item for 3 items is larger than the saving per item for 2.
• Your store has fewer than 24 active automatic discounts, so there is room for the two Orbling discounts.

If it still fails, write to us with the screen and the product title.

No. "Build my page" saves a draft that your theme shows only inside the theme editor. Your live product page stays unchanged until you select "Publish". Bundle cards appear only after you publish. The Home block never shows the draft: your facts and benefits appear there only after you publish.

One thing to know: if you turn on the Orbling Look app embed or add an Orbling block and save the theme, that change is live in your published theme right away, as with any theme change.

A saving appears only after Orbling has created its automatic discounts and checked them. That happens when you select "Publish" with bundle offers on, which needs an active trial or subscription.

If the discount is changed or deleted in Shopify, or a price no longer stays above the "Cost plus shipping per item" you entered, Orbling turns the saving off by itself. A fixed amount saving is hidden when the buyer shops in a currency other than your store currency. Discounts apply from 2 or from 3 items of the same product and do not combine with other discounts.

The Buy box now adds a hidden _orbling cart attribute and line item property containing only a version, product ID and look name, with no personal data. It sends the attribute to your store's own cart/update.js; if marking fails, the purchase form still submits. Today the app receives no orders. Order and refund webhooks remain disabled pending Shopify's approval of protected customer data access, without name, e-mail, phone or address fields. Until approval and activation of those webhooks, no orders are counted and "Revenue" stays empty. The subscription price does not depend on revenue.

Test orders, cancelled orders, tax and shipping are never counted. Attributed revenue is not proof that Orbling caused a sale.

The base price is 19.00 USD every 30 days, after a 7-day free trial (one trial while Orbling holds your store's data). Orbling Growth has no usage or other app charges. Live billing is enabled; development stores always use test billing.

The same terms are in the app on "Plan", under "All terms". "Cancel subscription" stops future charges; charges already submitted may remain on your Shopify invoice.

Suggestions need an active trial or subscription. Cloudflare Workers AI receives our instructions, your confirmed facts and their source labels, the product title, category and eligible plain text from the Shopify product description. It does not receive prices, policies, the store domain, unconfirmed research, order or buyer data as separate fields. Avoid personal data in the text you supply. The description is limited to 4,000 characters; short or unsafe descriptions are omitted. With little source text there may be nothing to suggest.

After you approve the plan from Preview, the queued AI request resumes automatically. Existing subscribers select "Improve with AI". If the request fails, select "Retry AI improvement". If no sourced suggestions are available, you can still publish verified catalog content. Each store has up to 20 attempts per day (UTC), and an additional daily AI capacity limit is shared by all stores, so suggestions can be unavailable until the next day. Failed attempts can use the limit. AI rewrites sentences and FAQ; automated rules reject detected unsupported numbers, materials and certificates, superlatives, reviews, ratings, urgency and health claims. Fact values remain word-for-word source text. Every suggestion shows its source, and accepting checks that the saved source has not changed. Check accuracy before "Accept all". If every suggestion repeats existing content, the button is "Continue to publish".

Merchant CSV: up to 12,000 characters and 80 rows, with exactly this header:

product_id,section,label,value,source,confirmed

The product_id is the product's ID in the form gid://shopify/Product/ followed by its number. Use true only for facts you have checked.

Research: a TXT or PDF file up to 2 MB, with up to 10,000 characters of text. You can also type lines as section | label | value, which needs no product ID. PDFs are read in your browser; scanned or unsupported PDFs need pasted text. Files are never uploaded, only the text you save. What you save at once must stay under 16 KB in total.

Your theme must support app blocks. Orbling does not edit theme files: you place the blocks yourself from the links on "Theme setup" and save in Shopify. Links alone do not activate anything.

By default the Orbling Look app embed gives your theme's color schemes and corner radius the look you chose, while the header, footer and layout stay. You can turn this off in the embed settings "Apply look colors to the whole theme" and "Apply look shape and type to the whole theme".

No. For the products you choose, it builds page blocks from your catalog and confirmed facts, a look and quantity discounts for 2 and 3 items. Its revenue view stays empty until order access is approved and webhooks are enabled. It does not create your header, footer, menus, collections, pages, policies or domain, it does not import products or text from links or other websites, and it does not change your product titles, descriptions, images or prices.

It stops further charges for that subscription; charges already submitted may remain on your Shopify invoice. Publish and AI suggestions lock again. Bundle discounts already created stay in your store until you select "Turn off bundle discounts", and applied content stays visible until you remove the Orbling blocks in the theme editor. A new subscription starts without another free trial.

After uninstalling, Orbling can no longer change your store, so select "Turn off bundle discounts" on "Theme setup" for each product first. If you have already uninstalled, delete the discounts whose title starts with Orbling in Shopify admin under Discounts. Remove the Orbling blocks and the Orbling Look app embed in the theme editor. Uninstalling stops future charges.

Uninstall the app. Access is removed as soon as we process the uninstall event, and store data is deleted when Shopify sends its erasure request 48 hours later, except the few records the privacy policy lists with their own retention.
